Setting up New Hire in Saba

1. Enter new hire into Saba by going to HR Admin Control Center > User Center > Create User > Check the box that says ‘Send Activation Notification upon save’ > Type in First Name, Last Name > Username: first name (space) last name > Password: Tempwelcome1 > Put in their Surya email address


    - Go to next tab “Job Info” > Fill in Job Title, Department, Company & Hire Date 


    - Go to next tab “Assignment” > Assign their Manager


    - Go to next tab “Custom Details” > fill in Custom 13 with either “Manager” or Non-Manager” 


    - Click “Save and Return to User List” at the top left corner
